In FIT LIVING, we focus on holistic health – both physical and mental. Each issue contains interviews with inspiring women and health experts, useful guides on training, diet, psychology, and well-being, as well as delicious recipes for healthy food.

The magazine equips readers to make wise choices and create healthy habits that last in the long run, and it appeals to resourceful women who have an active lifestyle and a great interest in staying strong and healthy for a long and good life.

FIT LIVING is published four times a year in a co-pack with ALT for damerne and is also included in the goodie bag for ALT for damerne's Women's Race, with up to 20,000 participants nationwide.
